It is well known that to succeed at the top in any profession one needs at least 10000 hours of practice.

I went through this Parcours as a student, principal dancer, teacher and mentor. The journey keeps going for more than 40 years.

2,5 hours session for students (age 9-24 years)

Observation of the dancer in one ballet training (60 or 90 minutes) with an appropriate age & level group in DANCEARTS, Vienna Ballet Point

1 hour session with the parent and the student, outlining the strengths, weaknesses, chances of the student

contextualize the goals relating to a professional educational institution

evaluating the chances to enter the working field (for dancers over 18 years)

One-on-One Coaching Sessions

120 minutes session for students, dancers or ballet teachers


1 session: 90 minutes in the ballet studio

Defining the goal 

Make a plan

Set a deadline

2nd & 3rd sessions: 30 minutes (in the ballet studio or via ZOOM)
